Laura Bauder is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered/Board Certified Art Therapist, who has been working in the field since 2018. Laura specializes in trauma, anxiety, and addictions. She is passionate about empowering her clients to navigate anxiety, trauma, and grief through the lens of compassion and growth. Her approach to therapy pulls from many therapeutic approaches such as EMDR, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness. It is very important to Laura that her clients' treatment is specific and unique to them, and that all clients have a say in how their therapy is handled. Making the decision to get help and choosing a therapist may feel vulnerable and intimidating. Laura’s goal to make her clients feel safe, heard, and connected. Laura will walk through this journey with you, provide feedback, support, and help you to build a path to healing. Laura offers EMDR and art therapy services to individuals 5-95 years of age.
