    Rates & Insurance

At this time Pennsylvania Holistic Healing, LLC offers  services based on the clinician you work with. If your clinician is private pay, your payment will be due at the time of service. If you are using your health insurance benefits, co-pays/deductibles will be due at the time of service as dictated by your insurance provider.

If you are paying for services out of pocket, we are happy to provide you with a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. We encourage you to check with your insurance provider to determine any out of network benefits you may have.  We cannot guarantee your insurance provider will reimburse you for services rendered and Pennsylvania Holistic Healing, LLC cannot be held responsible for un-reimbursed services.

    Therapy Rates

An initial 15 minute phone Consultation is offered free of charge.

Individual and family sessions (50 minutes) cost $130.

We do have a limited number of reduced rate appointment slots available for those who meet our criteria. Please let us know if you are experiencing a financial hardship and we will explore payment options with you.

    Payment

We accept credit (credit only for all virtual sessions) and HSA card payments. All payments must be received at the time of the service via an electronic invoice we will send to you on the day of your scheduled service. Two sessions in a row that occur without payment will result in your inability to schedule until your bill is paid in full.

    Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.

Your Rights Regarding Fair Billing Practices

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost in accordance with the No Surprises Act of 2022.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item.

You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
