What You Can Expect

We know that starting anything new can feel a bit uncomfortable.

Here’s what you can expect from your time with a Pennsylvania Holistic Healing therapist:

Consult

During your free 15-minute consult, you will speak with one of our available clinicians who will gather information about your therapy goals, availability, and provide details about our practice, telehealth services, fees, and policies. If you have a preference for a therapist, we will take that into account at this time and work to accommodate it. If no preference is shared, we will match you with the therapist best suited to your clinical needs and schedule availability. We may also make recommendations for other services that could better meet your needs and provide referrals when appropriate.

If you decide that working with a Pennsylvania Holistic Healing, LLC therapist is the best fit, we will schedule your first appointment, email you intake forms to complete and return through our HIPAA-compliant email platform, and provide your virtual session link.

First Session

During your first session, we will review your forms and answer any remaining questions. We will also further discuss your treatment expectations and gather more information about what you may be struggling with. This is a time for us to get to know one another better. We aim to build a personal connection with you, as the best treatment outcomes come from genuine therapeutic relationships. We want you to feel comfortable, and we understand that this may take more than one session to achieve.

Begin Where You Are

Whether you have questions or feel ready to start, we’re here for you.
