Where We Work
Hello! I'm Jess. Working in the field since 2015, Jess (she/her) has experience working with clients of all ages struggling through various life difficulties. Jess’s strength in fostering deep and meaningful therapeutic relationships allows clients to feel safe even in the toughest moments of therapy. Jess’s caring and open nature and value in each individual’s lived experience creates a space that is free of judgement in which therapy is client led and support is abundant.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating change, or simply ready to better understand yourself, you are welcome here. Jess is honored to walk alongside clients as they move toward healing, growth, and a life that feels more aligned.
Therapy Rooted in Connection
PAHH is a welcoming space for all people. We affirm and celebrate individuals of all identities, cultures, faiths, backgrounds, abilities, ages, and life experiences, including LGBTQIA2S+ communities and veterans. We are committed to providing quality care for individuals and communities who have been historically underserved.
We believe Black Lives Matter and stand against systemic racism in all forms. We recognize the impact racism has on mental and physical health, and we are committed to creating equitable, compassionate care for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC).
We also recognize that barriers to affordable, quality care still exist. We continue working toward greater accessibility and welcome feedback that helps us grow.
PAHH provides services in accordance with state laws and professional ethical standards. We are committed to practicing within our scope of care, listening to client feedback, and pursuing ongoing education so we can continue to grow as providers.
