  • Workshops

Pennsylvania Holistic Healing, LLC is excited to be able to expand beyond our clinical work with clients, and offer workshops to the community.

    What is a workshop?

A workshop is different from group therapy in that it is typically educational in nature and can be an opportunity to learn or practice a new skill, and in some cases to self reflect.

Workshop participants may be invited but are not expected to share their reflections.  PAHH workshops are not therapy, and are not meant to be a replacement for therapy.

    What can I expect?

Workshops allow us to engage with the community on a larger scale, providing accessible arts and nature based experiences aimed to enhance wellness, self empowerment, growth and connection.  These experiences are designed to be approachable for everyone, and are facilitated with care to lay the foundation for a positive and lasting experience.

We encourage participants of all of our workshops to:

    • Free yourself of pressure to show up a certain way.
    • Give yourself permission to push along the edges of your comfort zone, if you feel called to.
    • Believe us when we tell you: there is no right or wrong, and there is no good or bad when it comes to art and creative exploration.
    • Email us at [email protected] with any questions or help determining if a workshop – or any of our services – are right for you.

    Story Sowers Series

This workshop series invites participants to weave a mindful connection between intention and process, as they engage in each thoughtfully curated experience designed to disrupt the states of autopilot we frequently resign ourselves to.

Each installment of the series focuses on attunement to the cycles of nature as well as those within ourselves as we find alignment with and celebration of these experiences.

Join us at Cozy Spirit in Nazareth, PA for one, a few, or all five installments of this series.

January 1st 1-4pm: New Year, New Journal

This 3 hour workshop is the culmination of each phase of this cycle-long series, and is a celebration of the commitment to self growth as an ever present process, one that can often be cyclical.  This is a doorway between what was and what could be.
